We use your personal data exclusively for the purpose of connecting investors and project holders, business correspondence and sending notifications, and we do not pass it on or use it for unforeseen purposes.

• Mobile number or landline number.

We use the Mailchimp platform to deliver newsletters, as well as to manage recipient lists and unsubscribe records, and takes all necessary measures to protect data in accordance with regulations on personal data protection. It is your right to accept or decline receiving our communications.

We guarantee you the following rights:

• The right to access (information about the scope and type) of your data;
• The right to the correction (refers to the information you provided);
• The right to be forgotten;
• The right to complain about the use of personal data.

You have the right to correct incorrect personal data relating to you, which we will do within 3 working days.

Right to erasure (right to be forgotten)

• related to other cases of legitimate interest – we will not further process your personal data for the purpose to which the complaint relates.
